About Dr. Andrew Savin
I am a board-certified internist with over four decades of experience in internal medicine, caring for patients in both private practice and hospital settings. Trained at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center, I have spent my career mastering the art and science of medicine while developing a deep understanding of what it means to provide patient care with compassion, respect, and skill.
Driven by a lifelong passion for medicine—and inspired by early memories studying anatomy with my grandfather—I believe that exceptional healthcare providers offer more than just diagnoses and treatments. They see the whole patient, addressing their physical, emotional, and social challenges.
As I transition to teaching, I am committed to enhancing healthcare training by sharing the essential clinical skills and interpersonal pearls I have gathered over decades of experience. Through my upcoming book and live master course, I aim to help the next generation of healthcare providers build stronger patient relationships, sharpen their diagnostic skills, and deliver safer, more effective care.
My goal is simple: to help others become not just good providers but truly exceptional ones. I want the next generation of caregivers to benefit from the lessons I've learned over decades—lessons I believe are the keys to elevating from an excellent caregiver to an exceptional one.
